The Girls

The Orchard came about through a combination of life changing events, serindipity

and family ties.

"We" are Denise Vesterfelt and Jessica Visser. Our professional partnership started years ago in Toronto where we owned a pastry shop/cafe.

Our friendship and partnership has resulted in a co-owned, home-based enterprise. Our Bakery and "work in progress" farm house perch on a hillside overlooking cherry, apple trees and raspberry bushes. We look forward to using some of our own fruit this year.

We serve individual and corporate clients by creating unique baked goods for special events, for gifts and for seasonal occasions.

We are in our 12th full year of operation and hope this website will help our regular customers order their favourite items and help new clients discover their future favourites.

We also encourage you to discuss your event with us. We love to create unique desserts and pastry trays to suit the occasion.

We look forward to years of delicious baking with you in mind.
